The new HeartScape

Your heart,
made visible.

MoodWatch turns changes in your heart rhythm into five membranes of living light— a private HeartScape that rises, settles, and breathes with you.

iPhone · iPad · Apple Watch · Mac

AirPods Pro 3 · iOS 26+

Heart rate,
now in your ears.

Wear your AirPods. Start a Heart Recording. MoodWatch opens a temporary HealthKit session so compatible in-ear heart-rate readings can shape the HeartScape while you listen, move, or focus.

  1. 01

Connect Wear AirPods Pro 3 and connect them to your iPhone.

  2. 02

Enable Make sure Heart Rate is enabled in AirPods settings.

  3. 03

Record Start a Heart Recording in MoodWatch to receive live samples.

The temporary HealthKit session is discarded instead of being saved as a fitness workout. A Heart Recording is saved in local app storage only when you choose Save.

One current · five responses

Your rhythm becomes
a HeartScape.

This is not a clinical chart or a verdict on how you feel. MoodWatch describes movement— rising, holding, or settling—and gives the moment room to breathe.

01

Direction

Changes in rhythm shape the shared slope of the HeartScape.

02

Pressure

Each membrane responds differently, opening chambers and narrowing waists.

03

Time

History rests to the left. New readings enter at the living edge.

What carries the signal

Choose what you
already wear.

Bring heart-rate readings through Apple Health, or begin with your own check-in. MoodWatch works without a wearable, too.

Let on-device heart-rate patterns shape a visual state, then relay only the latest BPM and state to Mac through your private iCloud account.

Compatible sensors

If a compatible source writes heart-rate readings to Apple Health, it can shape the HeartScape.

Self Report

Tap the state that fits the moment. No sensor and no Apple Health permission are required.

Day

Your rhythm,
hour by hour.

Revisit state transitions in a private day view. Heart Recordings add a focused look at a live session, with average, low, and high heart rate saved on that device only when you choose.

MoodWatch is for entertainment and personal reflection. It is not a medical device or health tool, does not diagnose a condition, and does not determine how you feel.

Private by design

Your data stays in
your Apple ecosystem.

MoodWatch has no advertising SDK and does not sell your data. Apple Health access is optional and controlled by you. Your state history and settings may sync through your private iCloud account. A small latest-state snapshot, including BPM, may relay to Mac; saved Heart Recordings remain in local app storage. CMIT cannot view your private CloudKit or relay data.
