Charles Miller IT Consulting, LLC (CMIT), located in Louisiana, wrote this site, moodwatch.io, and MoodWatch +, the iOS And WatchOS app. CMIT collects data on moodwatch.io to assist in the functionality of the site. Logs are used to ensure proper use of the site, and no more.
In MoodWatch +, we do not persist health data beyond the immediate calculation for your Mood. Once your Mood is calculated, we release the heart rate data used. If you voluntarily report statistics to Apple, session data - for example: the opening of the app for a daily session or a crash report - will be collected through AppStore Connect.
In other words: in MoodWatch + on iOS and WatchOS, CMIT does not export or transfer any of your data to any external source. The only data that will leave your phone or watch as it pertains to MoodWatch +, again if you send diagnostic data to Apple, will be data Apple collects for AppStore Connect dashboards. And on moodwatch.io, your http requests are logged with an ip address to ensure no nefarious attacks or other types of illicit activities.
There is no grant or permission, implied or otherwise, for anyone to reverse engineer or to reuse MoodWatch code, methods, or general 'look and feel' for use in any commercial application whether native to an OS,for example macOS, iOS, or WatchOS and their equivalents, or offered as a service through the web.
